Had an amazing stay in Paris! Everything was perfect, from the location to the overall experience. The highlight was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel so welcome the entire time. Truly made my trip even more special. Can’t wait to come back! We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had kindly requested a small Valentine’s detail. Sadly, nothing was arranged.
Considering how beautifully Paris embraces Valentine’s Day, it was surprising and disappointing to see no festive touch at the hotel , not even a single rose in the lobby.
The location is excellent, but the lack of attention to special occasions made the experience feel impersonal. For that reason, we would not return.

Ok hotel to stop off overnight when travelling past. Room not that clean and very hot as we were on the top floor. Staff were weird when we didn’t speak French. And the surrounding area is not great. But bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Free parking is a bonus.

Enjoyed our two night stay at Campanile Fontainebleau. Clean, quiet, comfortable room, but found the bed a bit too firm for our taste. Excellent location just steps from the Chateau and several good restaurants. Staff is pleasant and courteous. Free parking inside the gate to the hotel a nice touch. ...
