We easy found uber rides to get to Vaux le Vicompte and Barbizon. Our host Philip and his brother were perfect hosts, this hotel having been in their family for 3 generations - they have kept it traditional and yet have discreetly provided all the modern conveniences. "I seriously wonder how this hotel is on the Michelin guide! No working air con and fan was noisy. Rooms are dusty and moldy: I was itching the whole night and could not sleep. Beware that you have to drag ur luggage through the cobble stones which will definitely damage your bag. However, breakfast was good."
