"This is a bait and switch. They claim this is for musicians and the room is sound proof. Don’t believe them. I am a music producer and left within one hour of my stay. They assured me they would refund me the next day and they didn’t. Stay away from here. They are liars too."

"We had an excellent stay at POSTCODE Chueca and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Traveling as a group of four adults, having three full bathrooms made a huge difference and made our stay so much more enjoyable. One thing we really appreciated was the air conditioning. During the hot summer days in Madrid, it worked perfectly and kept the apartment cool and comfortable at all times. We also loved the thoughtful welcome note and water..."
