The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. "Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. Nice views of the surrounding landscape. 5 min drive to a town with supermarkets and restaurants."
