"We came for the Billie concert and this hotel was perfect . a 10/10 recommendation for literally anyone. There's a co-working space, kids drawing/toys area, a "welcome" drink station, ice cream, amenities station(e.g. toothbrush/wipes/etc), breakfast, tourist info for the area, slippers for the room and hotel, and even umbrellas for rent. "

"Fantastic access for Billie EIlish's HMHAS tour at Saitama Super Arena. With a 7-Eleven & Lawson right across the public square, ticket collection was super easy and the train station is literally next door. The room was perfect for a short concert stay, and the breakfast buffet was great."

"Great place to stay and very walkable to the station. Mega Don Quijote & Daiso is just across the street too. Lots of shopping areas to check out but we have no time to go look around. Just one con is how small the room is. We have a 1 year old baby with us. We're only travelking with 2 carry-on luggage, a travel stroller, plus some personal bags so, opening and fitting all stuff inside the room is so crowded. But overall, it was a good stay for a one night."

"We stayed for five nights so our son could play with a nearby football academy. We knew we would need space to have comfortable downtime in the hotel room and also room to eat meals. Candeo Omiya was great in that it had three dedicated beds and a couch with enough space for us all to sit comfortably. We also made good use of the laundry on the 14th floor. "
