We enjoyed the location, the breakfast was wonderful, but can get busy in the mid morning times. Thr location is great but it is close to bars, restaurant and a nightlife area. It is also close to what is considered a redlight area. So not that family friendly from what I saw. We found activities to do during the day and enjoyed how close we were to so many things. I will say, having multiple Apa hotels close to each other with similar names was an issue because we went to the wrong hotel a couple times. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends wanting a unique experience of Tokyo."
