My toilet handle was broken so I could not flush, I was not able to control the thermastat in my room so it was very cold, and the blindes could not be shut all the way which was a bit difficult to sleep with the highway so close. Additionally, they do offer a shuttle to the airport which was great but there is only 1 so be prepared to wait for pick up and drop off."
