「This quickly became my favourite hotel for a stopover while travelling through France. It is a beautiful historic building with a great renovation and a lovely swimming pool. The staff were charming and efficient. I would strongly recommend it.」

「Thank you Novotel. Fabulous stay in Deauville- could not fault anything (but would like proper mugs in room for a cuppa rather than paper cups). Lovely welcome from Emiilie. Perfect location for beach, restaurants, Trouville and the race courses. Lovely to overlook the beach at breakfast and see the horses exercise. The Sushi is out of this world! We had it twice. Will definitely book again. 」

「高級感は無いですが清潔感のあるホテルで部屋でした。 私の部屋は小さめでベランダは有りませんでした、タイプが色々あるみたいです。 私の部屋からは馬房が見えました。馬が顔を出したり洗ってもらっているのを見ていると競馬の街に来たのを楽しめました。決して臭くは無かったです。」

「ミシェランガイドでお薦めがついていたので利用してみました。 レンタカーで行ったのでガレージの利用を希望したのですが 工事中で路上駐車してくれとの事。 フロントの薦めるエリアへ行きましたが この街は高級車が平気で何日も路上駐車できるほど 治安が良いです。 部屋はとても静かです。 ただちょっと狭いかな。」

「「うそでしょう？あんなに大きいの！」トゥルーヴィルの中心街はもとより、トゥルーヴィル・ドーヴィル駅からも見えるどでかい白亜の殿堂。街側がカジノの入り口、裏の海側がホテルの入り口。 4階の海が見えるベランダ付きの真っ白なお部屋。豪華な割にバカンス前だったので、リーズナブルなお値段。また絶対泊まりたい！次回は連泊でね。」

「長年の憧れのホテルで、想像以上にに全てが一流！建物、お部屋の清潔さ、高級感、ベッドの寝心地、バスルームの快適さ、立地、スタッフも素晴らしく、全てに満足。一つだけ残念だったのは、夕食時アジア人の女性独りで行った為か、案内された席が通路の落ち着いか無い席。他にいくつも席は有るのに、値踏みされた気がして不愉快だった。49ユーロもする朝食も頂くつもりだったが、また同じ思いをするのが嫌でやめた。ホテル宿泊者なのだから、この点は改善して頂きたい」

「We were staying in La Suite which was part of the spa building. This turned out to be an interesting couple of rooms which bizarrely included a football table in sitting room. The loo was separate from the bathroom where the bath was a corner bath with a shower beside. It was a little dark as the colour scheme was turquoise and grey elephant wallpaper! But the bed was comfortable and we slept well. The hotel buildings and gardens are beautiful and traditional Normandy half timber style, typical...

「なにからなにまで最高でした。レンタカーがないと移動はしんどいですが、部屋、サービス、プール、サウナ、レストラン、すべて堪能しました。フランスのホテルでこのクオリティ（たとえばシャワーですぐにお湯が出るとか前もってルームサービスを頼んでおいて22:30に出してくれるとか）はなかなかないです。」

「小さな子供との旅行だったが、ホテルの皆さんがとても親切丁寧で、良い休暇を過ごすことができた。朝食のパンがとても美味しかった。欲を言えばもう少し種類が欲しかった。 ここのホテルの特徴はスタッフの対応が素晴らしいこと。家族での滞在でも安心だと思います。」
