"There was an event (marathon) happening the weekend we went and the usual parking was closed off. We had to park further away which made us feel uneasy leaving our truck unattended."

"it is a good hotel with a lot of amenities. But not very convenient for the guests to always share bathrooms and showers. If there are more showers and bathrooms then that will be amazing!"

"Le prix vs la chambre est assez correct. Vous en aurez pour votre prix payé. La chambre est en bon état, propre avec les commodité nécessaires. J’ai bien aimé en général. Le seul bémol c’est le retour de mauvaise odeur lorsqu’on utilise le lavabo. La plomberie est sûrement mal accordée à l’évent pour extraire le retour des odeurs."

"Wonderful house, beautifully located directly at the lake / Lorenz river. The view from the house is breath-taking (from both, huge living room on the ground floor and the giant sleeping room on the first floor. The house is very well-equipped, the furniture and atmosphere nice and cosy, the open kitchen great and there is a big barbecue on the terrace as well. For sports you can do kayaking and padelling (1 SUP, 1 adult kayak and 3 kids kayaks available) - we did not do swimming in August because of the algues. We (family with 3 kids) used the house as a base camp for trips to Montreal as well (slightly more than 1 hour with public transport).The hosts Linda and Serge are extremely kind and very helpful and responsive (they stayed in the appartement downstairs when we were there). Everything worked perfectly during our week in their beautiful house. We can recommend this house very much."

"Lieu très intéressant pour le calme dans la nature, le spa, les canots-kayaks-planches à pagaies, le sentier en bois et le quai au bord de la rivière. Du chalet, on n'entend pas le bruit des moteurs des bateaux. Le chalet est agréable et convivial, les lits sont confortables. Suggestions: Un appui sur un côté des rampes de quai rendrait le déplacement plus sécuritaire;Ajouter des extincteurs contre le feu;L'étagère au-dessus de la cuisinière est chargée de produits disparates, peu invitants et le tout est malpropre. Elle pourrait être enlevée car elle reçoit les émanations graisseuses de la cuisinière vu qu'il n'y a pas de hotte."

"Super chalet, tout équipé, mais nous avions mal compris l'annonce qui indiquait qu'il fallait surveiller les enfants. Il fallait plus que simplement surveiller les enfants, il y avait de la décoration fragile partout, et avec un bébé d'un an, ça été un peu plus difficile que prévu.Mais sinon, je recommande fortement à tout ceux qui veulent un chalet calme près d'un lac non-baignable, (avec des enfants plus vieux)"

"oui ont a adore notre chambre tres propre beau ,et chaleureux restaurant tres beaux les repas etais bon . le probleme pour moi etais le stationnement pour andicapee aucun,loin de la porte dentre et le restaurant loin du lobby dhotel moi je marche avec bequille chanseux quil ne pleuvais pas .a par de sela cetait fameux. merci"
