「Everything basic was good. In particular, the staff (front desk, parking lot, restaurant) were wonderful and made me feel very welcome and it's so confortable!
We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room, so I reported it to the front desk and they fixed it right away.
The room was very clean, but I would have liked a little more attention to replenishing the amenities. Maybe it's the hectic nature of a large hotel...」

「An extra $100 was deducted from my account besides the $100 already removed upon check-in for incidentals fees. According to front desk "it's the system that automatically does it", so i told them so it's $200 for incidental fees. They said no because as soon as you check out the $100 go back to your account. Then what about the other $100 which are still pending to be returned or deposited back to me.」
