"Location is perfect, walkable to most of the tourists' places. Hotel is still pretty new with that fresh paint smell (if you are sensitive to smell, let the staffs know, they can light some candles to help with the new paint smell away). "This hotel is really well located, with a lovely lobby and breakfast area. The room was comfortable although very small, and the shower was over the bath with no curtain, so it flooded the entire bathroom (including the toilet) every time we showered. The breakfast was really nice, and the door staff were very helpful. While the pool area is nice to look at, it was way too small and crowded for the number of guests, and it wasn't comfortable to use. "

"I had the BEST SERVICE ever at this hotel. The moment you step in they have you wait in a lounge with a refreshment instead of waiting in a cue for your room. The rooms are beautiful, the service excellent, the food was so good-especially the breakfast buffet. Neil at the bar made me feel like a queen. I love every second of staying at this hotel. Excellence should be in their name. "
