The room was clean, but no maid service ever and couldn't guarantee you would get service if you requested it. 「Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. 「I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...

「Everything was great! Clean, nice rooms. Loved the convenience of having 3 beds, for larger families. Loved that the pool/hot tub is open 24/7, so if your coming in late and like to soak after a long day, your not on a time crunch to be out by 10:00, like every other hotel.
