This was an amazing experience. We spent one night and the service was exceptional. We had dinner on site and breakfast. I would totally stay here again, we had a beautiful experience and were able to sleep under the stars.

Staff is awesome from the moment you arrive to the hotel. They will receive you with the coca tea. Food in the restaurant was delicious and healthy. They have vegetarian and gluten-free options. Hotel grounds are is spacious and beautiful. There is a train station in hotel grounds.

The staff and owner are absolutely wonderful. They were so accommodating to us in whatever way we needed. This property is worth every penny. The food was incredible. The spa treatments were amazing. Highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful and the rooms are nicely done. The hotel is around 15 minutes away from Urubamba. At the same time, It was relaxing and will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip.

Where to begin! Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by the hotel owners at the door! They were welcoming and helped us with our bags to our rooms. The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. Immaculate hotel. Smallish room. Very accommodating in helping with transport . Packed is a free lunch for our early departure. Little facility with English, however, just added an English speaker as we were leaving. Highly recommended

Such a nice oasis in the Sacred Valley! The whole hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful (especially Victor at the front desk). They arranged taxi rides for us to the train station for our adventure to Machu Picchu and to Cusco. The rooms are super comfortable, the menu of food is absolutely delicious and the grounds are gorgeous!

Wonderful experience! This hotel is set among the Andes, close to the Sacred Valley, with spectacular grounds that are very well manicured. The hotel lobby has a large, open look, with a fire place in the center, and a hidden bar downstairs with a nice little nook to relax in. The grounds offer hammocks, a fenced-in llama feeding area, planetarium, spa, and more. The rooms have majestic views and are both comfortable and very clean. We really liked staying here. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best part.

The original building was built several hundred years ago as a monastery. It was converted to a hotel several years ago and Sonesta has added several more building for rooms, but, has preserved the look of the old monastery. The grounds are gorgeous with flowers and trees in abundance. The restaurant was good with hearty meals and friendly service. It was a very pleasant place to come back to after a day of touring and just sit back and relax.
