"Great staff very friendly and attentive "

"The property felt very dated, and the lack of upkeep was noticeable especially in the bathroom, where the paint was chipped and peeling. It gave the space an unclean and neglected feel. Another downside was the absence of basic amenities you’d typically expect, such as complimentary water. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the lack of thoughtful touches made the stay less comfortable than it should have been."

"The stay was ok. The hotel is located in the CBD area, but in a quiet place. The rooms are decent in size. The buffet breakfast is a bit expensive for the type of spread served. The room we stayed did not have hangers or stands in the bathroom and floor mats making it incovenient to dress after a shower. There was no partition between shower area and dry area making water splash over to the dry area. No bathroom slippers and floor mats are provided to dry the feet before going to the dressing area. The air conditioner control panel did not have provision to adjust the fan speed, making teperature inside the room difficult to control. When set at 24deg, the room feels warm at night, but when set at 22deg, makes the room too chill to sleep. There were few minor issues that I don't remember now. Please look into these suggestions. "Spacious room, nicely renovated inside the room although the building is a little on the older side and some of the common areas looking a little worn. Staff were friendly. Very close the the main train station in Perth, shopping street. Seemed well insulated from a sound perspective as well although the street outside on a late Friday/Sat night seemed to be popular with partygoers."

"Unfortunately, I got an interior room, the window of the room faced the patio and reception, the toilet seat was broken, the leather of the sofa was torn, there were 2 single beds pushed together so it was impossible to sleep in the center - the hotel with its rating and score attracted us, we were 5 different people for business purposes, everyone came out very disappointed. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that there was nothing that could be done about it since the hotel was full - there may be more reasonable rooms, but the rooms through a third party are probably the worst by default. I have never been to a hotel with a score of 9 and above and been disappointed as I was here."

"Crisp exit and entry. Lovely staff. (Don’t review it don’t review it)…. Fine. So it’s this little slice on the other side of George’s Terrace…and you can hike to any of the key locations from here 3k west and east. River south and communities north. It’s my favorite spot and allows you to avoid some of the characters as they don’t cross the bridge. So it’s safe as safe gets here in this bubble gum. See ya again….."
