I arrived late in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the transition easy. The room was clean and very comfortable. And the coffee pod machine was perfect to avoid the morning coffee hunt.

Staff reviewed booking notes and adjusted room to suit. Hotel is conveniently a 5 minute walk from the CBD, train station and to some great restaurants and bars. The room was spacious for a small family with a great view of the CBD. A great night stay and one to return back to.

A great little oasis at the quieter end of Hay St. Plenty of great food and coffee options nearby. I recommend Smooth Operator Coffee and Heno & Rey for a nice wine and tapas. Baha on Level 1 is a really pleasant space to relax, unwind, enjoy happy hour or get some work done. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff at the front desk happy and eager to help with any problem. Excellent spacious room with a truly lovely view. Super clean and modern. Well located, with a short walk to city buses that allow for easy travel across the city, and within easy walking distance of a great many places to eat. Would stay again in a heart beat.

The property was within walking distance of the shopping areas and Perth Station, which was very convenient. The bed was really really comfortable and clean - I had a good night’s sleep throughout my stay! The view from the room was also beautiful, especially during sunset. What could be improved: 1) Cleanliness in certain areas of the hotel could be improved. For example, some breakfast tables were grimy, walls and the tissue box in the room were dusty. 2) The shower area did not have a proper demarcation, so water tended to flow out of the shower area and onto the bathroom floor. Would also be nice to have an additional ledge in the shower niche for guests to place their toiletries. 3) The instructions regarding the use of the room credits were not very clear. More detailed information or clearer instructions would have been helpful.
