「場所は町の中心にあり、ロケーションもよく、通りに面しており、目を引く素敵な外観なので分かりやすいです。　ホテルの中も、お部屋も古い歴史を感じるとても素敵な造りです。お部屋も清潔で快適でした。ホテル内は入り組んだ迷路のようになっていて見てるだけでも楽しめました。エレベーターはないです。ホテルのパブが閉まった後も２４時間いつでもお酒を頼めるのでお客さんがいなくなったホテルのバーでゆっくりできました。最高に優雅な時間を過ごせました。とても素敵なホテルですが、強いて言えば、夫も言っていましたが、ホテルの方に笑顔がなく、機械的な対応の方が多かったですがきちんと仕事してくれました。チェックアウトも１２時なのでゆっくり過ごせました。」

「スタッフがとってもフレンドリーで暖かな雰囲気。朝食もとっても美味しかった。 建物が古く部屋も特別にきれいとはいえない。別館が新しそうだったのでそちらは新しくもっと快適なのかなと思った。 タクシーを使えば駅から５分かからないが、中心地からは少し離れている。 車を利用しての旅行者には良いと思う。」

「My son and I had a lovely stay in The Old Borough Arms. Excellent staff, supremely welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. Cozy room, with all you need to have comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight: The most delightful breakfast on the terrace! Definitely recommended.」

「Escaping to the country has never been more fun and magical. The resident robin and all his many friends keep you in that chilled mindset. The town of Rye was 10 mins by car and full of historical charm. It was even being used for filming while we visited. We walked from Rye to Camber sands along the cycle path and there are frequent buses back. 」

「I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up. You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending or returning to this property. 」
