「We had a good stay generally speaking. The bathroom sink is badly clogged and the shower was not entirely clean, especially the floor pan.」

「I saw couple Roach , microwave it not working , water is sticky, door is not sealed I can smelling people smoking weeds from out side.」

「Was a nice place to stay.」

「House looks great from the outside. Very quiet, rural neighborhood. Inside the house looks good at first. But we noticed cigarette burns on the couch and curtains, as well as a large stain of some sort on the couch. Noticed small ants on the floor crawling around. Kitchen sink did not work. No water flow at all. Washer and dryer had a do not use sign on them. I inquired to the owner about the sign and he said that it would cost extra to use them even though they were listed as amenities in the...

「Parking was easy and check in was a breeze. Room was decent. New TV in my room. Breakfast needed some bagels and milk for cereal. Coffee was good. 」

「Room was clean but had a very chemical smell (probably from cleaning agents) that stuck around for the whole time we were there. Front desk staff did the bare minimum with a not so great attitude. Breakfast was fine by the time we got there at 9:15, even though it was supposed to go to 9:30. There are no "extras" or niceties here. It's a very basic hotel that's basically clean and safe. It was fine for one night, but I don't think I could have stood that smell for another night.」

「This was a very disappointing visit. When we arrived that evening and started unpacking, we were placing items in the room refrigerator only to find a terrible foul stench when we opened the refrigerator door. When asked to get the refrigerator exchanged we were only given the option to change rooms (which we did as the room reaked of the smell). Had to have them fix the TV, had to get 3 sets of cards, and there was water being released from a pipe running into the parking lot amongst other...

「1st room was filthy and had not been clean. Lock on door was busted and hanging on by a thread. Smoke detector literally hanging and not working. 2nd room clean enough to stay in but seal on window was busted and there was a million of the bugs that look like lady bugs but aren’t by the time we got back from Kings dominion too late to go anywhere else as I had my grandson with me. Won’t be staying there again.」

「Location was convenient. Staff was very nice. Hotel needs a little attention and updating but it was fair and relatively clean...just not in the best shape. The vending and some of the coffee machines were out of order. There really was not much to work with for breakfast options. If you just need a place to sleep it works. If this is a getaway, you may be disappointed」

「I was pleasantly surprised by this motel and location. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. You could walk to Kings Dominion from the here so you can't beat the location. There's really no restaurants around, but there is an EXCELLENT Mexican restaurant in the motel parking lot that I ate at both nights that I stayed here. The location is quiet and it felt very safe. Don't hesitate to book here.」

「neat and clean, helpful staff」

「Clean room, welcoming staff, easy access」

「Nice place not new but pleasant, safe and close to everything, very comfy kingsized bed, so recommended unless you want to be pampered for three times the price.」

「Room was clean. Very quiet. Bed was really comfortable sleeping. Staff was really friendly」
