I didnt mind the lack of breakfast and they were nice about extending my check out an hour but the roaches and no options for ice (water smelled anyway), and no alternative for coffee with no breakfast bar put a damper on things but it was expected for the price i paid.

A place to sleep

A place to sleep with a good waffle breakfast thrown in. Advertised pool but pool obviously was never opened this year. Ask for even numbered rooms since odd numbers face the truck stop with semis going in and out all night. Bed in good condition but no back support in them. Room patched up but clean.

The pool hasn’t been open in years it appears … there was a mattress at the pool and it was still very much covered. The breakfast is indeed a very light breakfast just had muffins and waffles and juice and some cereal and coffee. No coffee maker in the room. However, the room was great and comfortable. Shower was amazing (a little low) but we made do. Great location and definitely felt very safe :)

The staff was so kind and helpful. I forgot my watch and they not only found it for me but worked with me to get it mailed back. It was a quick trip to gas and food. Perfect for a quick overnight safe place to sleep.

Front desk not great, everything else was fine.

This is a decent motel for a quick overnight. No frills but relatively clean, quiet, and comfortable. At 8pm, the front desk looked abandoned and it took multiple tries to get anyone to appear. Located next to a noisy truck stop but the area seemed relatively safe. It worked out fine and I would consider staying again on my next trip.

I have learned to read the reviews on Google for opinions. I take them with a grain of salt. But, for a 2 star hotel it was good review after good review. All I need is a good mattress, a clean floor AND a genuine handicap accessible bathroom. Man, oh man! They met ALL OF THOSE! That bathroom was big, sparkling, and those towels?? I took a shower just to use them!! The front staff were very nice. I will definitely stay with them in the future with my little dog again. Thank you!!!

Over all it was good. Our room was clean and bed was Comfortable. It's was great price. They are going though Remodel and did see things they could clean up. The website said they have a pool but because of remodel it was close,so it should say it on the website. Wasn't much for breakfast. There is plenty restaurants and gas stations in the area close by. Over all it was Decent.

Dirty due to management

We knew this was not 4 stars, I never expected the level of dirty. They put out ragged dirty wash rags and towels. There bed sheets and blankets are trash. I expected wear and tear building wise. This seems to be a family run business. They are terrible and cheap.

The price was very reasonable. The beds were clean and comfortable. The grounds were tidy and felt safe. 11:00 am checkout was nice. The TV worked and had a lot of channels. The room had a fridge and microwave. Wifi worked okay as well. However, one of my rooms (room #1) was supposed to be non-smoking and it was clearly a smoking room. There were cigarette burns all over the room including on the warm blanket. The other room was missing it's shower stall handle, so there were just two one-inch holes in the fiberglass shower insert (room # 2). We witnessed a cockroach in the the shower/toilet area. Probably crawled out of the hole. There was also women's hair on the shower floor when I walked in. I am a man, no woman used that shower when I was there. The hotel advertised a pool. We were there on June 13-15, and the pool was not yet open. The ice machine did not give out any ice. Upon arrival to my "non-smoking" room, the electrical chord that controlled the AC would not stay in, because the outlet is upside down. The management promptly came and it wasn't anything that a little duck tape couldn't handle. Breakfast as far as I could see was non existent. They have some kind of machine that automatically dispenses waffle batter next to a waffle machine. It did not look active. That technically is breakfast, but that's basically it. If you are looking for a relatively clean overnight stay that has a bed and a bathroom and AC, you'll get that here. Just nothing else.
