「Clean place」

「I was glad to hear and see the newly renovated rooms however, of course the room we were given was an older completely outdated room. The bathtub faucets were basically coming out of the walls, the one toilet lever barely worked, and with how outdated the place was it just felt dirty even though I know it wasn’t. It was definitely not what we expected based on photos but maybe I need to really look close and zoom in on photos next time.」

「The king bed room we stayed in was nice and roomy! Staff was super nice, and they even let us check in early, which I was surprised, but me and my husband were super grateful! Food was delicious, and I genuinely miss the scrambled eggs! I didn’t get to swim in the pool while I was there, but it look nice and it’s not that deep of I remember correctly! If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay at in Branson, and looking for a good experience, I cannot recommend The Willow Tree Inn enough!」

「The front desk lady was the ONLY thing pleasant about this stay. The other guy up front was very rude and unprofessional. They have a little ice maker in the "lobby" area. With that being said, I needed some ice before I left so I proceeded to get ice in the bucket they provided. He had an issue with me getting ice and started telling me to leave. .that I can only get a small amount because they don't have an actual machine...(Mind you, I'm using their provided bucket.) 「No towels for the pool, Hot Tub (look warm tub with no jets), food on ground around pool both days. AC not working properly. Stood in a inch of water while showering, slow slow drain. No conditioner in shower. The lobby smelled of curry.」

「The room was not ready!! Beds weren't made. Towels on floor trash everywhere. Said they could not clean housekeeping was not there. Could not get another room all booked. I'm 73 used Expedia lost money and handicapped. Did not need this abuse. I would like our money back!!!!!!! Terrible terrible experience. Was there to watch my grandaughter perform in competition. 「We didn't eat breakfast so, I don't know about that. The room was small. The kids loved the pool. We were in a good location but, the lights from the attractions across parking lot lit up the room. It is not peaceful. The bed was very comfortable.」

「They try. The rooms are ok and seem clean. They really need to fix the foundational stuff. In our room...Toilet fill valve is messed up, remote falls apart every time you touch it, 32" TV?, clock won't display anymore, sheets are super scratchy...and the worst of all the beds are awful. No support at all, and you can feel the straps through the sheets. For a budget motel its fine and we have stayed in a lot, but for a 3 star we expected a bit more. The remodel they didnt even cut in the paint on...
