5/5 - Excellent
Great jumping off hotel for our Alaska vacation.

Friendly check in and concierge. Had distilled water for CPAP. Clean room. Beds were not comfortable. Room very hot on arrival. Rooms need a refresh. Dated and worn. Shower water temperature variable (did not stay warm). I expected more from a Hilton, and at almost $400 a night.

After being stuck in Chicago due to weather, I called the hotel to verify they would come pick me up. Once I made the reservation they refused to come.

Great jumping off hotel for our Alaska vacation.
Very disappointing and I will not be staying there again. I was expecting a large suite and this property is nothing more than small basic hotel rooms.
Overall great stay except one day it snowed.
