「Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely.」

「The unit was clean an orderly, however, the old carpet leaves an old mold ordor. I went to a store to purchase Febreze and Air Wick Plug Ins to mask the smell of carpet ordor. 「I loved this rental it was in the middle of everything and very convenient. It was very clean and modernly updated. I feel it could be a 5-star listing however the tenant above our head let their child run across the floor ALL DAY LONG. I complained once and it was corrected to only start the next day. 「The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences.」
