"The property is an older one, that could use an upgrade but it was decent. The room I received did have candy in the bedroom and living room from the last person. There was deep indents in the carpet from maybe a dog? Old water damage on the walls from maybe a overflow on the room above us. Stains on the couch and big cracks on the door too. Housekeeping could have done better. Overall the best part was the customer service and free breakfast too. I was here for business trip 2 weeks. "

"Surprised they don't sell laundry products, not at the front desk or in the vending machines. Other then that, storms knocked out the phone systems and internet for a couple day's."

"Molly was very accommodating from the very beginning. Before our stay she had everything ready, once we arrived which was much later than we originally thought, she made sure we were checked in and had everything we needed. She communicated immediately on the spot and we felt very takien care of. She made things nice and easy before our departure and the visit was calm and relaxing, the house was lovely. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others"

"This is a great home in quiet suburban Schaumburg. Convenient location and great amenities. As we traveled with dogs, it was especially great that the yard is fenced in and has a dog poop station complete with baggies - like the best of dog parks! And the kitchen was well stocked, especially with many options for making coffee (we opted for the easy Keurig! lol). There were even muffin pans for those that might enjoy baking in their time away from home. The home is also well baby proofed with plug covers and cabinet corner protectors, which I know would be appreciated by many. Overall a great home away from home!"

"We had everything we needed for our stay. The home is open and bright with a nicely fenced in yard. The towels were super soft and the beds very clean and comfortable. The host was very quick to respond with any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again."
