"The microwave turntable was broken, making the microwave unusable. One morning, I specifically asked a room cleaner to replace sheets on the bed that my daughter had an accident on, but upon returning that night, I noticed the spot and smell. The sheets were not made. I attempted to call the front desk a couple of times, but there was no answer. "

"2nd time staying here. And it's a nice hotel with a beautiful golf course. In a nice area with a few nice restaurants a close drive away. Restaurant was under renovation so we never got to try it. They where serving food in main lobby but we never tried it. Pool etc is definitely in nead of a tidy up steam room wasn't working and it just as an old feel to it. Staff where nice. Only downside I have to it is that it felt like the room where being used for social living as well as hotel guest. A lot of people only using the bottom door entrance to get in which was always unlocked. Strong smell of weed in corridors etc. I'm not sure what the set up is in hotel regarding the rooms with social living etc. but you could tell it wasn't people on a weekend trip. We still enjoyed or stay but I'm more reluctant to go back "

"The hotel could not locate my reservation I made through Hotels.com - even after providing my phone with the confirmation email notification. Once we checked in after 45 minutes of an ordeal we checked into a filthy room that stunk. Floor and towels were not cleaned and the carpet had black stains on it. The mattress was worn out and sank and the sheets and covers stunk. Horrible experience! The breakfast was disappointing! We will never stay in a residence property again!"

Family traveled in from various parts of the country, and this home provided the perfect space for us to come together comfortably.The property was spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The layout allowed for both group gatherings and quiet moments, which was ideal for our needs.The host was outstanding—very hospitable, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything went smoothly truly enhanced our experience.We would have liked to have access to the basement to enjoy the pool table and other activities; however, we made great memories enjoying karaoke together in the family room instead.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations and played a meaningful role in making our family celebration memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to gather."
