The property itself needs to be better taken care of from the outside of the building to the Un manicured grass- The bathroom or shower tiles need to be cleaned or updated a lot better than it is- My room was clean. The bed sheets were clean. Location is good The café bars was decent- opened every time I visited! The staff very helpful unpleasant. If staying there just know that the properties needs maintenance/updates"

"Hotel Donna Rosa is one of the most wonderful hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Their hospitality is unmatched and they will go above and beyond to help you during your trip. The breakfast is also another highlight, fresh bread, pastries, meats & cheeses, juice, and fruit and a full service espresso bar. The location is perfect for traveling around Sicily and is a very short walk to the beach. Plenty of free street parking in front of the property and by the beach. When we come back to Sicily in the future, we will definitely be staying here again,"

More a view of an adjacent parking lot."

Transportation around the historical sights was terrible with hoards of people pushing to get on their respective buses. Better instruction on how to use the transportation system would make it more pleasant. The historical areas like Taormina was fantastic with really great restaurants and shops"
