Wonderful ambience, quick walk to cruise terminal. Our luggage was lost by Delta, so we were quite late arriving and I felt very sorry for the gentleman who had to wait up (very late) to let us in. Fantastic shower — didn’t want to get out! Room was very clean, super comfy. We had two bedrooms with a little connecting area, which is perfect for families or people who are traveling together but want separate rooms. Typical continental breakfast; server squeezed fresh orange juice for us which was a nice treat. Beautiful historic building in a charming neighborhood. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Overnight in Messina

Very beautiful building with comfortable beds. The breakfast was very tasty with many choices. The staff was very personable. There was some construction going on in the building which disrupted my husband's sleep about 9 AM. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was great. Internet was not working in the am. Need a bigger sign out front as it looked like an old building but inside was modern. Be nice to have a smart Tv that has You Tube. Be nice to have some body wash or bigger bar of soap.

Initially very good impressions. Nice spacious room, well appointed, clean, nice bed linen. Staff were friendly However the noise levels in the hotel were terrible. You could hear everything from next door, outside etc. Sadly due to that we didn't have a good night and would certainly urge people to pack ear plugs

Vittorio Deluxe was a beautiful property in the heart of Messina very easy to reach from the ferry. Located in an old building the hotel is on the second floor. Had a large room and a bathroom with a great shower, room Included breakfast each morning. Parking is on the street and you need to get a parking ticket from 8 am to 1:00 and again from 3:00 to 8:00 pm at 3 euros each. Also there is a room tax of 2€ a night payable in cash only.

Small but spacious and immaculate hotel

This very small hotel is immaculately decorated and our room was very large and comfortable. Bed was great and so was the shower. The staff were very competent and friendly and breakfast was great although it could have been more relaxed. Having been asked the night before to choose what we wanted we felt that we were being watched carefully to check that we were eating the right things. Overall, though, the food was great as was everything else here.

One night in messina

Stayed one night like a lot of hotel in cities in Sicily reception and rooms on first floor. Room excellent staff at hotel friendly. Stayed only one night. Messina city didn’t come to life to nine at night we went out at eight and restaurants just opening but cathedral nearby and got lively later. 20 minutes walk from railway station Good breakfast usual ham cheese etc but some nice local cakes as well. Wi-Fi good Would recommend again

This property and the staff are really nice. The breakfast is very limited. Disappointing that plastic cups were used for drinks. The area is safe and walkable. One really negative point is the amount of traffic, loud music and even firecracker noises in the late evening into the night. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you have ear plugs. Antonella, Chiara and Simone at the reception were very nice and helpful during our stay.
