Very clean and new room. Easy check in and friendly/responsive staff. Breakfast was nice and actually goes till 10 am so you don’t have to wake up before dawn to get food lol Staff were great. I mixed up my days and thought we had an extra day there and they were very accommodating and friendly about booking us to keep our room an extra night. Really a great stay. We were joking that we wish we could bring the hotel with us to every stop we have in Sicily.

Excellent staff and service at a nice hotel. The quality of the mattress, sheets and towels was fantastic. Breakfast was great as well. Only minuses were (1) hot water could be stronger and (2) the electronic lights didn’t work, so we just manually shut them off. Overall, still a great stay!

Title: A gem in Messina – grazie mille, Pasindu! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: My stay at the Jolly Hotel in Messina was absolutely wonderful, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. A special shout-out to Pasindu, the host, who was not only incredibly congenial and professional but also just a lovely person to interact with. He truly elevated our experience. In fact, we have nothing but praise for the entire staff. Klein The hotel’s location is ideal—very easy to find and right on the popular strip along the port. We had the thrill of watching the MSC Europa dock right outside, which was a spectacular sight. Our room was well-appointed and tastefully decorated, but the real showstopper was the gorgeous harbor view. Waking up to that panorama was unforgettable. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, offering a perfect mix of sweets and savories. Of course, the coffee game was strong—delicious espresso, cappuccino, and Americano were all on offer. I highly, highly recommend the Jolly Hotel in Messina without reservation. If you’re visiting Sicily, do yourself a favor and book this gem. We loved every moment.

The location is near all the attractions. The facility is very new. Our room is spaciouse and face the Harbour and can see the Madona Satus.the satffs are very friendly. The breakfast is good.

Wonderful hotel, would highly recommend

Lovely hotel, very comfortable beds, great service and staff. Breakfast was great also. Great for visiting Messina, close to all attractions including the Duomo. Great theatre across from hotel with free concert and lovely restaurant up the side street next to the theatre. Great view from room, we were able to watch the arrival and departure of many ships including cruise ships and the boat trains.

We had a nice room with a great view. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. To enter the first time, the keypad process was unclear - there were two outside (one in the left and one on the right sides of the door) pick the panel on the left.

All of the above! Great location for a couple or solo. Serene was amazing front desk and breakfast hostess. Very knowledgeable of the area, gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was perfect for starting your day, ask for eggs they will make them for you. Jolly Charme Suite is beautiful, clean, and very modern. We had a beautiful view of the Strait of Messina. The staff was exceptional and was there to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was unbelievable. I can't say enough positive things about his place. When we go back to Messina to visit family, we will only stay at Jolly.

The staff was impeccable. The owner didn't speak much English,and she was there to greet us when we arrived. The two young people who ran the day to day spoke perfect English, and They were VERY accomodating. There is not someone on property 24 hours, so just ask all your questions before 8pm. There was no problem. We left early, before breakfast opened, and we were able to still get coffee and something to eat anyway. they were very interesting. Rooms modern and sparkling clean!

Messina is the second largest city in Sicily so we thought we should see it since we were on our way to Taormina and Catania. Not much to see, another church and most everything was closed except for restaurants and the main church. The best part of visiting Messina was these suites. You could see they were recently renovated. I took a tour of several as they are all different. Each is lovely, and beautifully decorated!!! Breakfast fantastic!! Also, suites are updated with technology. Codes, pins, etc to get in the building, room and within room. Very user friendly (for those technology savy people)!
