The structure consists of 3 apartments, 2 of them with terrace. All units have been renovated with high-quality materials and equipped with all modern comforts to guarantee you a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The Nerone Apartment, with its fine finishes and sophisticated design, guarantees a unique living experience. This four-room apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 1 suite, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 modern bathrooms. Designed to offer the highest comfort, the Nerone Apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning and all the amenities needed to feel at home.

The recently renovated Suite offers a high level of hospitality with a private living area including a sofa.



The apartment comes complete with linen and towels for all guests. On request, for an additional charge, a daily tidying service can be provided with a possible change of towels.

The Tourist Tax is 6.00 euro per person per day (including children from 10 years of age) and is payable on arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the Tourist Tax is already withheld).
