Quiet and safe area. The apartment has a double bedroom with 32p TV and air conditioning, a bedroom with single or double bed, living room with air conditioning and 50p TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and washing machine with dryer.
ATTENTION: the renovation of the exterior of the building (see photos) and of the common parts of the condominium is underway, with possible inconvenience for guests due to external noise and scaffolding. Parking is free on the street at a distance of approximately 300-500 m. Upon arrival it will be necessary to provide a copy of your identity documents, sign a rental contract for tax reasons, pay the tourist tax of €6 per day per person in cash on site and allow us to take a photo of your documents to be communicated to the Police.
