「Loved the hotel placement, loved the food , loved the spa area ! Definitely a great experience! I would only remove the plastic glasses used in the Romeo&Juliette restaurant. Also, the mattress a bit to hard for my « taste »…」

「We had booked 2 flats and paid a warranty of 200 RON for the flats that was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. During check-in they told me the 200 RON will be refunded upon check-out. Today at 6 AM the reception was closed so I contacted them via Whatsapp for them to return my money. Well... instead of returning the money they blocked not once but 3 times the amount of money...now I have 600 RON blocked that I cannot use... they reacted quick and spoke with their bank and now I have to...
