「Very nice overall, however this is not a 4-star hotel due to the lack of isolation in the rooms (you can hear your neighbors stomping around on the floors above you) and you can smell sewage every now and then, and the bathrooms need some serious attention: best if they could surround the bathtub with glass or something as water gets everywhere and it doesn't drain properly, which leads to areas with black mold. 「Clearly management made a bad decision, trying to blame the poor maintenance on COVID-19. I considered the lies for only 1 night (had 5 booked) and quickly moved my family to the competition just up the coast. Bran-Brad-Bega should be labeled a 2-star hotel at best. Everything about it reminded me of trips to Romania in the early 90s. Sad situations were then blamed on fallout from the revolution; now some Romanians are trying to leverage COVID-19 to mask their incompetence!」
