「Excellent hotel, well priced but never saw any staff and as I arrived late at night there was no water in my room or available, also a long walk to find somewhere to get a coffee/breakfast, there is a cake shop in the lobby but they don't sell coffee and the coffee shop in the lobby was closed throughout my stay, otherwise am very pleased with this hotel. Don’t waver just book Room service staff is world class - I consider all of them Familys online in Bucharest but when I need a mini vacation or a business meeting the Palace suite is key with great views and the executive suites with city views in level 5 are the best / - book it I know all hotels in Bucharest this is the best as I know.」

「Het is een gedateerd hotel ( 3* meer niet) kamers zijn eenvoudig, douche ronduit waardeloos is geplaatst in een bubbelbad (oud bad aan vervanging toe) maar de straal was niet krachtig genoeg. We hadden 2 nachten geboekt maar zijn na 1 nacht vertrokken. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.」
