「The check-in process was a breeze. Also, everything was very organized and clean. This is the perfect go-to place for my wife and me whenever we are in town visiting our family. We were super lucky to find this hidden gem. Looking forward to renting again next time we are in town! 」

「We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool...

「great place」

「Clean rooms. Super friendly host.」

「Very unique rental. Location is excellent within walking distance to the lake, dinning, breweries, music, parks and historic district attractions. Rental was very comfortable for us and our two small dogs. Beautiful park right across the street where we could walk our dogs. Nice well equipped kitchenette, great shower with plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bed. Slept great.」

「Everything was incredible and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating! Would stay here again 100%!」

「Super cool retro chic house. Really easy/seamless checkout and host was very communicative. Also great location. 0.8 miles to downtown. Was very walkable and would have been even more-so were it not for the sweltering summer heat that is avoidable in FL.」
