Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.

DoubleTree by Hilton Rochester
Available parking, front desk staff hospitable and welcoming. Housekeeping didn't seem to exist, after two days we had to ask for housekeeping to do cleaning and we had to ask for more toilet paper and tissues. Those two things were not restocked when housekeeping did clean upon request.

Terrible service... Terrible attitude... Front desk lady ( she didn't give me her name) super extra nasty. Manager name Angel is no help. I was kicked out of the hotel after staying there for 2 days and booking an extra shirt night because I came downstairs to sign the paperwork at 11:20 a.m. instead ...
