「Rented units C&D for friends to enjoy celebrating my husband turning the Big 5-0! It was nice to have everyone all together but yet offer them their own personal bedroom/bathroom space. Blackhaus is very well appointed with amenities that might be needed while traveling-」

「Property is very nice and convenient to town and airport. Just a food for thought. Because it’s so expensive to stay there ( On avg 750.00 per person per night) I would look to up grade appliances maybe a floor rug or two, shades and maybe a TV in the common area. 」

「We so enjoyed our stay with Jeff. His place was just what we needed. The location was wonderful and convenient. Visiting with him and his dogs was an added bonus. 」

「Overall clean and convenient place to stay within walking distance to many shops and restaurants Palm Springs has to offer. No major issues and check in process was super smooth, but you need to bring your own toiletries. 」

「My unit was basic, but was very clean, organized, and met my needs completely.It was necessary for me to reset the TV a couple of times to get Internet connection and the shower did not have any shelving for soap or shampoo, so be prepared to bend over. The bed was very comfortable, but if you require a firm mattress, this is not the place for you.You can tell that the property is well maintained. There was no need for me to initiate communication with the property manager as everything went...

「We have stayed here on our anniversary the past three years. Had never been to Palm Springs and booked a quick trip down in 2022 and never looked back. The owner is very responsive, helpful and kind. The property is older, but clean. Each year it seems to be better than the year before. The price could not be better and I risk writing this and having it not be so secret anymore! We love the location, the pool and the privacy as well. 」
