「Great historic property and central to everything in Placervile. Old building, so heat/cooling is tricky, and with hard wood floors, it was a little chilly but extra blankets provided. Squeeky floors, loud door and old windows with lots of street noise, but all to be expected. Well equipped and fun to stay at such an old hotel with so much history. 」

「The desk clerk was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable. There was some highway noise but that can't be helped. It faded as the night went on. Everything was clean, no funky smells. Big thumbs up from me.」

「Parking easy, friendly check in staff. Odd smell in rooms, had to purchase air freshener plug ins and open windows for a bit. Rooms clean.. fridge, freezer, microwave and sink. Little coffee maker for morning. And walking distance to a Denny’s and a Dutch Bros there is also a Safeway across the street as well as a dollar store.」

「The checking was easy. I had prepaid for the stay. Miki was very helpful with my special needs accommodations. 1st floor, service animal. She was very nice and i enjoyed speaking with her. For me, simple is perfect. I needed very little. My room was efficient and was all i needed. The room was clean and bright. Nice bathroom and shower. Good water pressure and plenty of Hot water. My queen bed was comfortable. The sheets and pillow cases were clean and fresh. There was enough for space...

「Very friendly staff, big smiles! After driving 8 hours into town, all we wanted was sleep. I’ll tell you, as soon as our heads hit the pillow, we were out! I don’t know what that bed was made of but I had THE BEST sleep I have had in forever! Plus Wienerschnitzel is right next door! 」
