Fix light, toilet paper roll, bed to low to the ground unless I got a handicap room by accident. Shower curtain doesnt close, although pics on site showed glass doors. Tub didn’t drain. Staff were very friendly

Stayed during Thanksgiving and the elevators were overloaded, took over an hour to get to our room multiple times, like it was not equipped for a maxed out hotel.
