The staff is very friendly. There is no lift, but the desk attendant carried my bag up for me. He warned me of the noise from the Tiki Bar, but it wasn't so bad. It didn't keep me up. This place is dated, but they work hard to make the best of what it is.

we were upgraded on arrival and the room was over the top amazing. Fabulous amenities, views and very comfortable. The hotel staff were exceptional in every way. If I had to pick on something, I could not take a glass of wine back to the room with me as the main floor restaurant is not part of the hotel, knowing that, next tie I will pop bottle of wine in the room fridge upon arrival

Sep 1, 2019Just take a taxi - the lines are always long to get into the parking lot and that's if you get in the right lane! Not well marked for those who are not familiar with the area. Get in on the fast pass with others if you don't have six in your party - then it's only $5 to get in and you don't have to stand in line!
