「Room was very poor. Outlets not working. No blanket, multiple appliances in one outlet (fire hazard), dead bolts not working. Dirty bathroom. 「Room was decent, okay clean, bed comfortable, good tv channel selection and reception, bathroom was clean. The staff was nice friendly helpful. Building condition: poor, very outdated with visible damage, rug stains in hallways, needs vacuuming, torn and stained bedspreads in another room we saw; outside window frames rusted and need painting, sidewalks very dirty need washing. 「The room was very dirty, the bathroom only had one towel, phone didn’t work. Rooms are advertised online as Queen beds, they are doubles. Floor had sticky spots. bathroom was awful, we didn’t use the shower. 」

Hall carpets looked worn/unclean, ceiling grid in bathroom rusted, drain plug for bathtub was in the soap tray, base mold missing in places, floor covering had several damaged spots, walls had dings that needed patching and painting. The parking lot on my end had several unsavory looking characters hanging out from 2 or 3 AM until sun up, I'm not sure if they were guests or just visiting a guest.」

Milk was cold and coffee fresh all day. I had terrible neighbors who threw a party in the room next to me and the staff responded quickly and firmly to remove the offenders. Patio area was quiet and safe. I will stay here again when I return to visit family. 」
