Montigo Resorts Nongsa

"My wife and I stayed at Montigo for the first time to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary, and we had such a wonderful experience. We were overjoyed with the warm welcome from Cici at the Front Desk, who did a fantastic job making us feel special and even upgraded our room. Nabila, who is a trainee, has also learned quickly and provided great service. We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Montigo, and what truly made it memorable was the wonderful staff who took such good care of us. A special thank you to: Kiki – Housekeeping Riyan – Concierge Irma – Restaurant Manager Kristina – Dining Concierge Coco – Decoration Wulan – Front Desk Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Montigo for making our anniversary celebration so special and memorable. Your warm hospitality and personal touches truly made a difference. We will definitely be back in October to celebrate my 63rd birthday! We are already looking forward to seeing everyone again. "Got the room with the balcony, which was great. Dining at the hotel; buffet breakfast and dinner was great, good spread of varieties just shame that simple soft drinks such as Coke is not included with the buffet dinner. Hotel is also close and within walking distance from the reopened and revamp mall, which mean good dining options. Hotel is on the quieter side of Batam though, so meaning is farther away from the city center"

"Beautiful hotel, ocean view infinity pool villa was stunning. So peaceful and quiet, no music playing, just calm. Good food in the restaurants although expensive as you would expect. Fabulous staff and beautiful beach."
