「The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. 」

「Very poor coordination 1) Book for 2 bedroom apartment and was given studio apartment at first. Request to check the booking thereafter given the correct after abt 1 hr delay. 2) Condition far from expected. Very rundown and lot of cockroch. 3) No wifi connection as advertise. 」

「Die Unterkunft ist schön, der Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer (je nach Zimmerkategorie) lädt zwischendurch zum abkühlen ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants. Leider hört man von verschiedenen Unterhaltungsbetrieben um das Hotel bis 12 Uhr Nachts Musik.」

「Apartment and bedding are very nice. So is the gym. Near American fastfood, but otherwise pretty isolated. Company was responsive. Internet went down frequently. Plenty of hot water, good refrigerator and air con. No bugs. 」
