One of my most relaxing holidays

The staff at Four Points in Bintan are the most welcoming, cheerful and helpful people I have met, never experienced something like this in my life. The hotel is a great place to relax: one can swim at the pool, walk by the beach, have drinks at the pool bar or exercise at the gym. Perfect to switch off for a few days. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is also great, one probably needs weeks to try all the options; make sure you include when booking. Overall, highly recommended.

We had an overall pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan. The hotel is relatively new, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a beautiful beachfront view. Most of the staff were warm and helpful throughout our visit, which added to the relaxing experience. The only downside was the front desk—while not unfriendly, they were quite rigid when it came to late check-out requests, which felt a bit inflexible considering the otherwise welcoming vibe of the hotel. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.
