"This place is great. Yes it's a guest house so not staffed at all times. No problem! The full renovation to the historic dwelling is outstanding. Full attention to detail is afforded by Boris. Lots of nice little touches throughout. We stayed in the underground dungeon.No noise problems.Lovely clean, modern and functional room. Our best stay so far in our 5 week trip."

"Great location, quiet and comfortable. Never saw anyone from the hotel in my three night stay. That can be good or bad. If you don’t need anything, that works well. Was given vague instructions to enter but I was able to figure it out. Small things like - I like to watch local TV and for some of the time I had only two channels to choose from when the first two days I had many. Nothing done about it. Oh well. "First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "

"This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this. Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants and bars. Quiet when we were there but should imagine it can get quite lively. "

"This hotel was amazing in every way possible. The location is quite private and keeps the area quiet and peaceful at night. As someone who drove, it was great that I could reserve parking ahead of time. It’s about a 3 minute walk from the amphitheater and 10 from Kapana. The staff were very professional and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was very comfortable and aesthetically nice. The bathroom was clean and WiFi worked perfectly. Having jet lag we went for a late night stroll around the quiet neighborhood. Plovdiv is great but there is no doubt that I would stay at Hotel Gallery 37."

Wonderful hotel

"Beautiful hotel in an excellent location in the Old Town. Every one of the staff we encountered dealt with us in a very friendly, helpful and professional manner. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed and spotlessly clean (as were the other areas of the hotel). The room had all the facilities we needed including a small safe, excellent air-conditioning and a good sized bathroom. The free mini-fridge which was restocked each day was both unexpected and a nice touch. There is a lovely courtyard area where you can choose to have breakfast which had a very good range of food available. An unexpected surprise was a guided tour after breakfast of the Roman bath and ruins in the basement of the hotel which we really enjoyed."

"Beautiful gardens and eating area, staff were very helpful at the desk as we needed transfers to sozopol, room was great everything perfect and the wellness spa massage was wonderful the girls were very professional can’t fault"
