「The front desk staff was unfriendly from the time we checked in. The hotel common areas and especially our room was very dirty and run down. There were stains on everything from the walls, furniture, bathtub, and bedding. Our stay was noisy with people running up and down the hallways starting at 2 am through the morning. 」

「It was a nice vibe in the area I think they should have some lap blankets so we can sit outside maybe a fire pit or hot tub and privet walls. The inside was nice the 2 things I didn't like was the limit on the HVAC the room was cold witch made the bathroom floors colder and you can hear people from other rooms」

「The room was clean with comfortable bedding and good amenities. The anrea is quiet but you are not far from shopping and restaurants. Each person receives a $12 breakfast voucher for the restaurant directly next door. The food is absolutely delicious. This is our go to place to stay whenever we’re in the area.」

「The AC was not working and the TV didn’t even have internet. The staff said I will need to wait till the morning for a solution. I left at 4am it was hot in the room」

「It was really sketchy feeling when people living there are roaming the halls and making interesting noises in the night. Seemed like a halfway house hotel. Not going to lie! I walked into my room when I first got there and there was a nasty smell in the room which did not go away the entire stay. I decided to room with my friend at her hotel bc of how creepy it felt. Not a recommendation for anyone to go there. I did not feel comfortable! The breakfast sucked too and was completely under done!...

「We were a half hour early and no room rooms were ready. Then when I went to my room that was ready they hadn’t cleaned the TV. There was fingerprints all over it. It just really wasn’t that clean when I looked at the kitchen net that apparently I had the forks and knives were dirty not that I was going to use it, but just not the point. The sheets looked like they really weren’t cleaned properly. They probably could’ve used another clean. I slept mostly on top of things versus underneath things...

「Pros- easy to find, outside of the building is clean and attractive, unique, friendly staff, room was clean and spacious, wonderful jetted tub, restaurant attached, great waitress Cons- when you check in there’s a sign saying to call someone for help checking in, elevator is broken (we were on the 4th floor), floor is lopsided in the hallway and the room, peeling wallpaper in some areas, threadbare towels, coffee only on the second floor,very warm with no temperature change after adjusting the...

「The staff were friendly and accomodating. The king bed was lumpy and sagged in the middle. Not a big deal but the condiment packets by the coffee maker we're opened and used. All else good for a last minute emergency booking.」
