From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed! The front desk person was so amazingly friendly, giving our granddaughters special treats and conversing with them about going I the pool. Everything was so clean and we will definitely stay in this hotel again!

This was probably the best hotel stay I have had in a long time. The staff was great, the room was big, and the breakfast actually tasted good - first time I was served egg omelets instead of powdered scrambled eggs. Wish I had more reasons to travel to Kutztown because I would definitely stay here!

Everything was great except that the pool was "under maintenance" for our full weekend stay. Kids were excited to swim during our trip. It was quite the coincidence that the pool was re-opened the morning we checked out. We did not see any people "maintenancing" the pool our entire stay, as our room had full view of the pool. Very disappointing. If one of the highlighted amenities is unavailable, I think patrons should be notified ahead of time to make other accommodations for stay as the pool was going to be kids entertainment during our stay

Very nice hotel, comfortable, clean rooms. The breakfast was better than most at hotels, although I do wish they give more yogurt than the teeny ones and some cut fruit. But, otherwise great stay.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and the breakfast attendant was so sweet in making sure everything was stocked and if people need helped finding stuff, she was there to help. Ryan at the front desk was so nice during check in and he brought us extra pillows and towels upon request right away. The only complaint was the heating unit in the room every time it turned on and off, it sounded like a creepy door in a horror movie.

This was my third time staying at this hotel with my boyfriend and I love it so much!! The lady who works the breakfast area and the front desk, she is so sweet :) The options for breakfast are amazing! The room itself is so clean and well stocked, it’s also very spacious. This was the first time we used the pool and it was good (wish it was a little warmer and that there was a hot tub), and the fitness center was also good (wish it did have spay and paper towels to use to wipe down the machines like you do in a normal gym). Whenever we get the chance to come back, we will :) Great hotel to stay at when riding out a winter storm!!
