"The property was as described. Clean and convenient. The front desk clerk was awful. Had the woman 1st in line to check in wait 5 minutes while she tended to the dryer. She never got off her cell phone on a personal call when checking either of us in. Later when i went to the front desk and asked for the filter needed for the in room coffee maker, she rudely said there were none and that i could get coffee from the lobby. "

"Vickie is amazing, best I have ever worked with, she is a huge factor as to why I book the same house every year! Million dollar views from a small charming house….clean, relaxing, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Great location to some great places to eat. I suggest you book sooner than later, just dont book my week please."

"Property was amazing. My oldest took advatage of having his own place with the separate house. Everything you needed was there, just bring your food. Kitchen had everything needed, the "smoke shack" was great, rather you were smoking or grilling food or cooking up breakfast on the blackstone! Two kayaks and one inflatable were awesome to have! Firepit (just bring somenwood) and grabpots provided were a plus. Decor of the home was great and very private area plus having your own little beach area to enjoy. Really enjoyed the stay and would book again! Host was excellent to communicate with!"

"A wonderful location on the water with great views. Within a very easy and short drive to either Reedville. Kilmarnock, Irvington, White stone etc. Small tip if you plan on eating meals at the house, may be best to plan ahead and bring groceries with you. That was our plan and it really worked out. "

"Great stay and fantastic views. Felt like we were isolated, yet only 10 minutes from Kilmarnock. Enjoyed the great blue heron, seagulls, nuthatches and humming bird that were around the property. Large rooms and plenty of space to spread out."
