"Just what we needed. Home away from home. Sheets on the bed, towels in the bathroom and very well stocked kitchen. We only used the coffee pot because there are very good restaurants near by, Horn Harbor, Los Portales, KC Crabs & Cues, Coles Point Tavern and Chitter Chats Ice Cream. Don’t forget the bug spray, being this close to water you’re gonna have black flies, no-see-ums and mosquitoes. Everybody is so nice, so throw up your hand and say hi. "
"The owner and host were Great!! The property was pretty perfect and even nicer than i expected. Getting there was easy from the boat ride to being brought to the property. The Captain of the Jason is right across the street and his wife manages the property. There were 6 of us and from using the bikes, renting a golf cart and walking it was super easy getting around. My brother and I kayaked across to an Island near the inlet with the kayaks on property and it is beautiful there. Looks like great fishing at the right time of year. All the seafood was spot on!!"

"We were attending a family reunion. Great to wake up and look out to see the water. So relaxing and serene. Just enough space to relax and unwind. I would however suggest to the owner to put some railings on the patio. We had a few seniors who need that extra support when stepping up. The grands loved fishing from the pier."
"Our favorite part about this home is the water level at the beach. It’s such that our small children can play around without worry of hitting super deep spots. If you go out far, you’ll find some but our children never ventured that far. We loved having the peace of mind of knowing they could always touch. Inside the home, the sunroom is our favorite place to be! We also love the layout of the home as the bedrooms are separate from living spaces which made naps really easy for our kids. This year, in comparison with last year, the home was much cleaner. I did still have to clean the bath tub before I felt comfortable with my kids using it, but that is pretty typical for most places we go. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked! We LOVE the toys available for the kids!!! Such a special place!"
"It was a nice get away for our wedding anniversary. We were able to bring our dogs and use the private strip of beach a couple of cottages away. This was a great quiet trip. The only thing that could have been better is the AC in the cottage. A window unit is provided but with 90 temps it couldn’t keep up."

"We had a nice quiet week in this adorable and clean home just relaxing in the pool and spending time in the kayaks. We ventured out for some yummy Mexican food for dinner, ice cream in Reedville, and the nearby cafe to try their cappuccino and breakfasts but otherwise spent a nice family week playing games and swimming. "
