"Excellent location !!!! This is at the entrance to the pyramid complex , great roof top restaurant, breakfast was great . Walked to the pyramids from the hotel entrance , and for the value of the stay it can’t be beat !!! It is not the four seasons, but for the value it was great !! The only oddity was the toilet was in the shower … but I’m a multi tasker anyways !!! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for making our stay in Giza comfortable… "

"There is no better staff in all of Egypt, from the reception to, to your trip planner Omar, to the Driver Mahmod and let’s not forget the Movie-star Guide Paolo (Aka Ahmed but only his mama calls him that). All kidding aside this team represents the ultimate experience when coming to Egypt, very supportive of needs and facilitates every request. Lastly, the hotel has the best venue to watch sunsets on the Great Pyramids of Giza. Don’t think, do this hotel and staff as you will not be disappointed "

"My experience was totally different from the reviews that I saw in multiple traveling platforms. The receptionist was kind and we got the room I booked in Hotels.com. I could see 3 Pyramids and Sphinx directly in the room. The rooftop offered a better view and nearly no blockes in front of my eyes. Before checking in, I worried a lot what if no room available. Some people said in their reviews that they waited for a long while till their rooms got ready, and some were even arranged to another building. Almost all inns near this one were reviewed something like this. I personally would like to stay a bit farther after seeing all of those. My girlfriend prefered a direct, near, and good pyramids view. I had to prepare a backup then. Fortunately, that didn't have to be used. After check out, we received a bunch of postcards and two pieces of decorations of profile from the hotel. What a hospitality! We were also introduced with several traveling activities such as camel riding when checking in. There was no problem though we didn't choose any but staying in the hotel, and no tipping was obviously required there. The cleanness was adequate. Decorations was so so considering the price, but the view and distance is quite good. Then the price was acceptable."

"Spectacular view from the rooftop restaurant and also from our room with the property set due east of the Great Sphinx and pyramid of Khafre (the one with the remaining limestone top). The hotel front door is 20 meters from the entrance to the evening light and sound show (that you can definitely watch from the rooftop) such that you are absolutely in the heart of the old neighborhood of camels, donkey carts and pyramid complex visitors. Food and restaurant service exceeded expectations; nice Egyptian mixed grill and collection of smoothies. Completely suitable and helpful-to-have breakfast at the same open air rooftop restaurant."

"I came from the us in ma. The view from the hotel is amazing. They provide tours all over the country and will do their absolute best to make you feel right at home. Airport transport is provided if you stay multiple nights and they respond to all questions in a timely manner. I choose this hotel because of the great reviews and am not disappointed with the service. I booked the deluxe king suit and they provided me with a great breakfast with a beautiful view of the pyramids on the rooftop."
