「⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Stay Our stay fell well below reasonable hotel standards. The room had a strong moldy, musty odor, and the pillowcases had black marks, raising concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom had only one set of towels and one roll of toilet tissue, and no one answered when we called the front desk for assistance. 「Poor WiFi service in the room meant I had to use the lobby to work. Also the receptionist on my check out day was carrying an unconcealed firearm. I’m sure he had a permit but seeing that was very unnerving.」
