I have stayed at the Woodlands Suites (not hotel) many times and keep coming back. The suites are tucked in down Soi 22 behind the Woodlands Hotel and are very quiet. The location is convenient both for access to Naklua and Beach Road. The WiFi works good although only allows one connected device. The staff are friendly and get to know you quickly. The included breakfast is good and the restaurant or buffet are not too crowded. There are no hassles bringing guests in with you. This is my go-to...

The hotel is very well located. Shopping, bars and night life is just around the hotel. Only draw back was there was no sea view and there was a little problem of ants. You had to very careful as to not leave any food outside. The rooms are excellent. Very good size. Service was very good. They had a full menu of alcoholic / non alcoholic welcome drink. We loved it. Across the hotel was a very nice massage place. Walk to the beach was only 5 min. Loved our stay.

great staff and morning buffet.Cleaning staff good job did.Hotel location is awesome for me good access to Walking street and shopping mal also at nights not noisy so we can sleep well. When we go to Pattaya, we can only think of this hotel next time.

Stayed 3 nights on 12 day road trip. Hotel is in a quiet location on border of Jomtien and Pattaya, near some very good restaurants and beach. Beautiful , new interior. Two lovely pools. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. My only constructive criticism would be: (1) train your receptionists to be more personable and helpful; (2) get rid of moddy at bar. He is not professional and who wants to hear him plar Rap music at breakfzst?

Love everything about this small new hotel. 100% 5stars. Staff excellent pool quiet and great loungers But breakfast buffet was primo--- no hoards of fat tourists swarming the food like they were never gonna eat again. And to make it happier the chef cooks your eggs and they come perfect --- not burned as in the rest of Thailand -- and delivered hot to the table by a lovely smiling server. During my stay I made happy acquaintance with the doormen: bell captain and front desk who made my day...
