Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach perfekt. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war umwerfend .. sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Man hat gemerkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Komfort und Qualität gelegt wird. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr schön und gepflegt. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Essen. Es war unglaublich lecker, abwechslungsreich und immer frisch zubereitet. Es gab eine große Auswahl, sodass wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an das Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns ihre schnelle Unterstützung, als ich mir im Meer einen schwarzen Stachel in den Fuß getreten habe, den ich auf einer Insel bekommen hatte. Das Personal hat sofort reagiert und versucht, mir zu helfen und den Stachel zu entfernen. Sie waren sehr aufmerksam und haben sich wirklich gekümmert .. das war nicht selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr berührt. Generell waren die Mitarbeiter immer zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Egal was wir wollten, es wurde schnell gebracht und mit einem Lächeln erledigt. Man hat sich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Für uns war wirklich alles perfekt. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The pool in our room is clean, room is clean. The staff are very friendly and nice. They always clean the walkway. Breakfast is good but recommend changing the menu everyday. We stay for 3 nights so the breakfast was almost the same. Swimming pool is clean but for safety, they should label the depth of the pool. Room service is great. The spa is excellent.
