「I stayed here for a few days in March 2025, Petra made the stay very home-like. The property is in the country and is a short drive from Selfoss. It has an amazing view of the countryside as well. 」

「This property is an absolute gem in the Golden Circle loop. We wanted to be centralized between all of our stops, including the Golden Circle, Heimaey Island, and numerous waterfalls, which is why we targeted this location. We also found being close to Selfoss an advantage since it has everything you could need. The pictures of the house and property don't do it justice. 「A very nice, cosy and complete house. Everything you need is available. Rich kitchen, good beds, perfect shower and a hotpot. Nice surrounding views and perfect location to explore all of the south and south-west of Iceland. The perfect place to be when you planned a Iceland holiday. 」

「This unique building has very high quality furniture, bedding, and towels. Even robes are provided. The hot tub in the back yard is a highlight. Lots of windows let in the epic Icelandic landscape. When the wind pics up you feel cozy and comfortable with every convenience. There is a full sized washer AND dryer (great for families). The gas station is a 10 minute walk away and has all the basic groceries you need along with a small diner. If you are in the area, this is a great place to stay. 」

「Our family of five with three young kids used this lovely house as a home base for our golden circle and south coast activities. Plenty of privacy, the space was so clean, and the kids loved all of the toys and games. There were more than were advertised, they didn’t even want to leave the house to sightsee. 」
